Just curious, JSG, but are you playing some sort of mod? The listing of Japanese aircraft damaged (i.e.," Ki-21-Ic x48; Ki-21-IIa x194; Ki-49-IIa x20") is not what I would expect from stock, in that your listing contains no "Lilly" or "Sonia ...

RE: How to Fortify & Defend a Japanese Island properly?

<t> The real defence is to retain the ability to attack his supply convoys with torpedo bombers (G3M, G4M, P1Y), even if he bypassed your defences.<br/>

Some A6M can escort out to range 14 (preferably set to 100% escort, as they will rarely fly then and thus not have many ops losses despite ...

RE: KB airgroup resize

<t> I found an easy work-around against the hardcoded air wing resizing.<br/>

All you need to do is to add another squadron to the carrier (only the IJN and USN CVs are affected IIRC, no CVLs or CVEs). The mandated resizing disappears for F, DB and TB squadrons on that carrier. You may use a ...

RE: strategic losses?

There's a 1 point penalty when guerrillas attack a base with inadequate garrison assault value strength.

36 points would be a surprisingly small amount of such points in 1943, though. The AI tends to get multiple such points per day in my match against it.
