I suppose I messed up somehow because I can't get it to repeat. In my trials, you don't lose points for switching harbors with your invasion groups.

Carlkay is correct about the disappearing amphib HQ. I don't have any explanation for the drop in invasion points. I'm going to attempt to repeat my moves against the AI and see what happens. Thanks Carlkay.
