I ran across this issue in my latest play of the standard scenario "Lightning Strikes" (on which I finally got an 'average' result after 8 years of playing it off and on). I too simply gave the RTB aircraft a manually plotted course (toward tankers) and that seemed to work.

Using 1.06.1328.12, I'm getting a consistent crash to desktop when I try to display the Scenario Minimap. No error message. Program simply closes immediately after selecting.

No other noticeable issues with 1328.12 so far.

Though I probably need to spend more time with it, I haven't been able to grasp the mechanics of the Mission Planner. I feel like I need a detailed tutorial along the lines of what Baloogan produced during the early days of Command. I know the Mission Planner is far more realistic but it's tempting ...

Thanks for the fix on this. Using 1274, I'm a couple of hours into the scenario and it appears to be working fine.

I've been trying to conquer this very challenging scenario (and by "conquer", I mean something other than a "Major Defeat") for the past week.

Using Build 1272.1, I find I am unable to assign airborne aircraft to a previously created land strike mission. Each time I try it, I get the message ...

Using Build 1263.1, DB 495, I find that many of the Greek surface ships have no weapons. (SAMs have no missiles either but not sure that matters much for the scenario).

I tried using the editor to update the scenario to the latest DB but that did not fix the issue.

REALLY looking forward to this! I have drooled over the ASL Cholm module for years (even though I haven't played ASL in over 30 years).
