The confirm orders button appears to be not working for me. Wont let me select it after making adjustments in the zone inventory panel/page. See pic after making selections.

I have a similar issue in that my logistics were stretched so I contacted gov to stop him from shipping everything back to SHQ. When I decided to reverse the decision the confirm orders box can't be selected. Am I missing something?

It would be handy if Italy could refit and upgrade as I think Japan needs support from its partners in crime. Particularly in PBEM against a serious opponent.
