RE: recapturing captured based

As far as i understand each baes gives you some vp per level of imrovements (ports and AF). The number in () is the number per level, and the number before it is total VP per this turn..

Correct me if im wrong here :)

Allied aircraft production overview

Have anyone made an overview of allied AC production based on monthly output of the differnt models? And if so, does anyone have a link to it?

If not, is there a way to find out for instance how many Hurricans the dutch recive in march -42?

Let me pile in on the question. Do HQs effect supply distribution?

Bases with Command HQs will try to stockpile 25k extra supplies, other than that i dont think so..

<t> We'll that explains some extremly efficient IJN subs... <br/>

So then youll need three asw/search squadrons in sub infested waters, one day NSearch with 6-7 range 1000 ft, one night NSearch 6-7 range 1000ft, and one day ASW 100 (or 1000 ft)? I guess the NSearch sqadrons use Nsearch ...

Do not rely on air ASW alone. Use your air to detect the subs and your ships to kill them. If you have it to spare a squadron on night search will help surface forces detect and kill subs during the night phase. The key to killing subs is ...

RE: Pilot training

Thx for all the replies. Setting the range to 0 solved all the fatigue problems, and that opens up for a much more efficent training regime. By the way, conserning pilots, are there any direct effects of a pilot beeing named an ace? Or is it just an honorary title for killing 5 opponents?

<r> Adjusting stategy and tactics based on your opponents sounds quite smart [;)], Anyways, I atleast couldent make the b-17s reach rabaul from Aussie mainland, and the other bases are too small, so the b-26s from PM the only real threat. They are however just a preface to the real strike, the AF ...

So, OP, I'd assume that 75% of the "sub is reported HIT" messages are FOW. 25% are probably real. Most 500lb. (or 250kg bomb) "hits" (probably near misses IRL) will cause some pain requiring repair of the submarine. Rarely will you get an ...

<t> Thx for the reply. Yea i know i can only find out via the ship loss screen, but i was wondering what kind of typical dmg such an attack would cause. Will the sub still be operational, or does it have to return to port, or will it likely sink on the way home? Im just wondering so i might be ...

ASW damage from AC

From time to time i get a OP report stating Catalina attacking a japanese SS at XX, japanese SS is reported hit. Alot of these reports are probably FoGs, but how much damage can i excpect in ones that actually hit? Minor, yardtime or sunken subs?
