Effect of the HQ being the "real" HQ of the LCU?

Or is it pretty much the same what LCU HQ is near (1 hex) the LCU for the bonus etc to be effective? I just spent a LOT of political points to change the command of some LCU's..

Don't know about supply, but at least support squads & combat bonuses can be invaluable.

Bases with Command HQs will try to stockpile 25k extra supplies, other than that i dont think so..

Thanks. Is there something going on with fuel as well as supplies? I've got about a million units of fuel at Chittigong and I don't want them there as it could come under assault.

This is OT to this thread, but do troops in rest mode consume less supplies?
