If you drop taxes for a while, at end of the year empire summary show less then planet info. So to get exacly 100% what colony info say u need to keep same tax/colony development ...

well there is weapon hyper-deny. Meybe u can mod they range to cover whole star system. Then somehow drop them on sun, like in neutral space station.

Nah, doing this as empire this hurt you reputation but as pirates it's no further consequences. Simply instead independeces traders the pirate control transport market.

Build even smallest version of starport on every colony. Each must have trade center included. Then you private saector start using every you colony same as Homeworld.

Exacly my post from year ago already [:D] (btw, last week i'm start coding somthing like DW with grphics on DX11 engine.

And Stardrive 2 is 99% ripoff of Master of Orion 2 with Stardrive 1 engine. [:'(]

It's XNA can't load graphics drivers from DirectX so reinstall both from \Redist folder in game directory. DirectX and XNA 4.0 (fix, remove and reinstall) or upgrade online to XNA 4.5.2 already newest.

99% it's always Windows Media Player, no one use it :) And game is not work without it.
