I found the PC download order info mail i received when i purchased the game. The date was 5/6/2014 at 7:39 PM I didn't contact Matrix because the problem got resolved.

After reinstalling the game, or at least trying to i got an error while installing so it seems that my install file is corrupted with a bad file.<br/>
