Are you running Windows? A number of downloadable tools will unpack RAR files. 7zip is free, at http://www.7-zip.org.

If you're running some other OS, then I don't know.

UPDATE: I've gotten the Windows link to download successfully. The link address is pretty standard. Just change the "http://" header to "ftp://", and you're good to go.

I get a 404 Error when I try to download the PC patch. Are you sure the link points to the correct location?

Anything for us poor Early Access folks who don't happen to like Steam very much?

Okay. I tried clicking the trophy icon, and it had me enter a username and password. I used the ones from this site, even though I couldn't select the option to do so. I was connected to the PBEM server, and I couldn't tell whether I registered for the contest or not. Was I successful?
