At what point would you want to expel population? I never understood why you would need to.


It's a great stratagem to quickly decrease unrest. Not much population gets expelled anyway, usually it's 1-2k, and the unrest loss is worth it.

Does the lost pop go back to free folk or are they ...

and now i remebered, i will REALY LOVE if there will be posibility to upgrade oil based railroad to electricity based once electricity one is researched. i realy, realy, realy hate to manualy destroy oil one only to be slowly rebuild by electric one.not to mention havoc it will cause to yours ...

I've started two game recently with the latest beta patch and in both games the Militia Parade event happened on turn 1. In the v1.25 manual in section 5.5.6.2 ASSETS’ ITEM USAGE table on page 217:

For Scavenging Furnace the input and output are reversed. The Input should be Scavenge Points and the Output should be Energy.

For consistency the Recycling asset should also have Scavenge Points as the input.

The meritocracy profile also seems to have something to do with it. With high meritocracy I think you tend to get better leaders, but it's all empirical. Warning, it doesn't prevent you from getting crap ones though. :)

Private Domed Farms (and other Farm types) generate income. So does Private Scavanging and Private Harbours.

Minor QOL improvement. When I load a game save the first thing I do is open the left and right bars because they start closed. I think it would be better if they started open on the SHQ Inventory Bar and the Orders Bar respectively.


Or... open up the user interface with all the same settings ...

I apologize for wasting your time. I don't remember seeing any notification that I found machines in the beginning of the turn Vidcom messages. Can you find things without that sort of notification?

Sometimes all the choices could be bad, like in real life. You can choose to stay vague and take a smaller word score hit, or you can choose a "bad option" but make it happen and keep your word score high. However, you improve a profile you don't want. Oof. I actually like that kind of choice.

Where is the bug here? Sometimes you have a dilemma. All your choices are bad and you have to determine what is the least bad option. That's politics.

I'm not a modder but I think a problem with showcasing mods is that they work with a specific version of the game. Oceania uses an unreleased beta so current mods might not work with it. Having said that ...
