The easiest way would be to build the ship you want for testing and then gift it to a pirate faction. Then you can blow it up.

It was 17% and even before a year passed onto the release, usually they don't put games on sale that quick.

Anyway, we discussed the topic until dead before we even know DW:U was going to steam. Going for less then 40 bucks will never happen.

I made a quick spreadsheet with the formula above. Its an openoffice document (.ods). Just enter your Planetsize and Quality and you will get the Max Population.

I made a quick spreadsheet with the formula above. Its an openoffice document (.ods). Just enter your Planetsize and Quality and you will get the Max Population.

I often used my calc for that, just after I made this in 10m I wonder why I didn't make that before.. lol

I guess you get Mining income when your Freighters sell Resources normally to Empires and Independents but I am not sure if thats true.
