It's an Axis decision because it occurs when France is in the process of surrendering, so it's not a decision the Allies are in a position to take. Or to put it another way, it is for the victor to dictate the terms.

Are you sure, as I did test it a day or two back and was unable to recreate a known issue with it (an issue that the patch would have fixed).


No patch since October 27, and that one was rolled back anyway.

It may be your opponent's turn first.

This should be resolved when the next update for this game is released, hopefully very soon.
