With the first set, they are or can be whatever you want them to be. Feel free to modify these, or use them as you will.

With the second, I don't have a list of them all, or any more information than can be gleaned from playing the game, i.e. seeing them in action.

Yes, the Siberians are either triggered by Axis advances, or if not will deploy by a certain date (from memory probably May 1942).

That is only one turn later than historically, and US mobilization may be affected by other events so far, without knowing what has happened in your game, how many declarations of war both sides have made, and against whom, or what Decisions have been made that might impact on US mobilization, it is ...

There is a little blue button to the right of the panel at the bottom centre of the screen that enables you to turn these on/off, so perhaps that needs pressing?

The best way to see things in practice will be to place lots of units from opposing sides along the river, and when you hover over them as if to attack each other, see which ones have an "across river combat penalty" display as part of the combat predictions in the bottom central panel, and which ...

This is not correct. Rivers are always on the edges of a hex, and never in the middle of a hex.

It's already in the game. Upgrade German anti-tank units with Anti-Tank weapons and at the relevant levels the model will change to a Stug, JagdPanther, and JagdTiger.

The bonus or penalty applies to all units belonging to the relevant side, without exception.

These refer to the boost or penalty to unit morale, when a country is liberated, so you can allow naval units to gain a different morale boost/penalty to land units.
