Something I don't like is that your bombers can flight on top of one area containing AAA guns without being attacked.

For example, if there are 6 AAA units in Western France, my UK bombers can go to Eastern France, passing Western France with any attack.

Is there a way to add an OP fire on AAA ...

You sure do get around ncc1701e. I saw your post on the "No Retreat The Russian Front" steam discussion forum. It's a pity that the designer only took away a small bit from the excellent You-tube vid you posted. The UI needs a lot of work.

In Warplan Pacific, I am doing something quite similar. I am sending my CV task force to attack an island. And I am protecting the CV task force with submarines few hexes around.
