The answer to all these is never/none. Supply depends on cooperation, resource transport depends on being on the same side.

CW just has nothing else to do than to ferry to France. And the scenario rule that dooms Italy to be passive until Paris falls is compounding the situation. Also, there are no other theatres the CW has to care for due to the scope of the map.

I don't see a wy to comprehend the complexity of the WiF board without seeing it. The mayor device of this game is viasual/memonic identification. Unless you are into autitive-augmentation device thereis no way to access the game board for a blind person.
