Later in the game Spain was completely conquered. A French ship is still sitting in the balearic port.
The baleares went neutral as a neutral territory.

French ship was not forced to rebase.

But I am still positive that there were no place for the French ships to go.<br/>
I did find the "cheatbutton" and changed a couple of search rolls when I backrolled the game, so i could sink the French navy. <br/>
