RE: Withdrawing Finish Units 1.08.03

<r> By June 1942, the 1st Division looks like it was transferred out, but the 8th and 17th Divisions are still in the Karelian. <LINK link="http://www.axishistory.com/axis-nations/finland/134-campaigns-a-operations/campaigns-a-operations/1927-24-june-1942-the-buildup-to-fall-blau"><s>[link=http ...

RE: Withdrawing Finish Units 1.08.03

The Leningrad front was the primary front.
All of Finland's important cities and industry are
right behind the front there.

I have played 4 campaign games and never saw this magnitude withdrawl before.

One very important reason for taking Leningrad early was to be able to use the Finnish Army <br/>

Withdrawing Finish Units 1.08.03

<t> I have noticed in the Campaign 1941-1945 that half of the starting Finish Army withdraws before January 1942. This was not happening in earlier versions. Since half of the rather small Finnish Army goes away, the Russian side can easily annihilate it. Is this really working as intended? The ...

RE: Bombing Non Axis Targets

<t> Yes, destroying factories outside Germany does do damage, except for terror bombing points. In the first part of the 1943 Campaign, the Allies are desperately short of long range escort aircraft. Bombing past the Ruhr can result in massive bomber losses. Attacking closer targets in France ...
