What those the experience of a unit do? Those it increase the ability of that particular unit? If so how? I'm asking this because I'm wondering what will be best for my planes, increase fighting range or gaining more experience.

Even in the big campaign?

Is it possible to increase how fast AI do there turn, I got to wait more then 15 mins each turn and it's started to get on my nerve. Is there a way to tweak the preferences so the AI turn goes faster.

I choose the first big campaign to play with and choose the USA, I'm at 100 turn now and still cannot enter the war. M'I doing something wrong, are is there a way to force the USA to enter war?
