im curious did you dowload the free game and did you have any issues with it?

i re-downloaded it and get the same message. i also downloaded the graphics display Mac suggested but still get the same error.could they have given me a serial code that has already been used?

<t> its not showing write=protected. i actually un-installed it and installed it again and get the same message. It does show the game as being version 1.91 so not sure if they have had issues with the new petch. the message says<br/>
"there_is_a_problem_with_your_serial_number._please_contact ...

actually i tried that and it didnt work. i saw that in the Wasteland website but it was an old post.

got this game on gamersgate but after downloading game and patch a few times i keep getting the same error saying the serial key is wrong and to contact customer support which i have never heard back from them. Glad it was free and I'm probably not going to get anything else from them again.

can you play the Russian side in the Campaign?

i know the name of the game but is this game only playable as the Germans when you play the Campaigns? I see scenarios you can be either but what about the campaigns?

i think that means its from Wasteland Interactive, the makers of the game. Im pretty sure thats what they mean but not 100%. I notice alot of abbreviations in the forums, basically the first letter of each word.

thank you for the response. Been looking for a game that allows you to play numerous different countries. This one looks interesting. i was a big fan of Panzer General games. Always liked how they had different campaigns for other countries.Might have to try this one.

maybe a dumb question, but does this game have battle sounds like most games? i havent found anything on youtube or anywhere else that shows. Game looks pretty good but im one of those that likes the battle sounds during battles.would like to know.
