Actually, cluster munitions can be delivered by artillery in the form of ICMs for anti-armor purposes.

+1 Decisive Campaigns. I would always recommend either Blitzkrieg or Case Blue as deep, but streamlined alternatives to the monster games.

RE: COMMANDER THE GREAT WAR AND ITS FUTURE.

<t> I like the concept of observation balloons. Perhaps they could still be included not as standalone units, but as an ability abstracted into the infantry divisions. Maybe the result of a research upgrade, they could act as a temporary LOS bonus for an infantry unit, that could in turn be ...

RE: Thoughts on 1.62 beta patch

<t> Kirk, I wonder if there is some way to turn your patch into a mod, and just skip the 'official' process. Your work reflects a genuine passion for the game that is so obviously lacking among the people in charge. It boggles my mind that after 4+ months of waiting for this...with delay after ...

RE: Deal of the Week...great deals!

So is Piercing Fortress Europa not very good, then? I see no buzz about the sale, and the forum for the game seems fairly dead. Its been hard for me to find much solid info about this game and its current state.

RE: What should a begginer choose?

<t> As someone recently in your exact position, I would strongly recommend Decisive Campaigns: Blitzkrieg From Warsaw to Paris. It is an excellent next step up in complexity (HQs, supply lines, etc.) without hitting you with a massive learning curve. Commander: The Great War and Unity of Command are ...

For what it's worth, Grave of the Fireflies (Studio Ghibli) is one of the greatest war movies I've ever seen.
