[Answered] radar doesn't show range rings

<t> Hey there, long time, no see.<br/>
<br/>
I placed a Radar facility, #1166 AN/TPQ-37 Firefinder from the v483 DB3000 in Commandv1.01, build 1147.4 and activating sensors doesn't bring up any range rings. So maybe it isn't active at all.<br/>
<br/>
I also have a #2732 C-RAM active in that save ...

RE: Taking Warsaw in turn 2?

I now manage Warsaw in 2 turns without problems, leaving the Fort Modlin and the unit at the northern Polish border entirely intact.

opponent's turn action hidden by screen rim or UI

<t> After ending my turn, I often see the screen jumping to some location, where the opponent AI "does something", be it a move or a battle with my units.<br/>
Occasionally the scene is still just outside the map view or hidden by the bottom UI, so that one would need to scroll the map some hexes ...

what do these underlying hex colors for air units mean?

<r> Hey there, I have thoroughly read the first 100 pages of the manual and scanned the other 200 pages but didn't find the answer:<br/>
What do these red and purple hex colors underneath air units say?<br/>

Westfeldzug completion within 3 or 4 turns?

From now on - turning to the West - the question is: how fast can the Axis get to (and into) Paris?<br/>

If the enemy unit is reduced below 5, it has no ZOC, so you don't have to eliminate it, and that sometimes helps. And yes, I have got Warsaw on turn 2, but not every time.<e>[/quote]</e></QUOTE>
Thanks for that, this was exactly what did the ...

Warsaw in 2/3 turns? Paris in 3/4 turns?

<r> Is it possible?<br/>
<br/>
Please understand the question as being "did you do it?"<br/>
<br/>
Single player, intermediate difficulty. No matter how hard I try, FOW ob or off, I manage to kill off the Warsaw garrison in turn 2 but I then just don't have any unit left being able to march into ...

I launched a P-8A (#4427) with Maritime Surveillance loadout from NAS Sigonella to patrol the Syrian coast. About 170 NM downrange from Sigonella to the east, the Poseidon had climbed through merely 18000 feet, 40 minutes into the flight. This equals a ...

<t> Unfortunately not any link nor any picture in this thread are working anymore. If nobody is able to repair this, this thread shouldn't be sticky anymore. RE: What's easiest way to conrol your aircraft on land (cluttered)

You apparently switched from group view to unit view by pressing 9 on the num pad. Press num9 again and all those bunkers, tarmacs, runways and so on will appear merged again as a single contact on the map. Clicking that airfield contact will give you back the collective aircraft list.

I am still pretty new to the game but totally not new to the genre. Probably I arrive to late to the party to voice an opinion, yet I don't see a reason to keep it hidden.<br/>
