Is it possible to construct bases with multiple roles?
Like giving a starbase both tourism and mining capabilities at the same time?

IT has also been stated that ORbiting planets will not be supported as it is such a drain on the system and overcomplicates AI with trivial gameplay impact

Wow, I've never tried this mod before! It looks freaking awesome. UI is so good too! Only thing I miss are a few colony-specific resources! Way more polished then my own mod-mod-mod packs [&o]

I worked well within a reasonable margin of error. :D

When talking about population in billions, having a few tens og hundred millions error on the actuall output is acceptable by any standard imo.
Handy tool, used it a lot on my current savegame, thanks a bunch!
