[1.3.3.6] AI Faction Colonizing star

Hi there guys,

In my most recent game I found one Haakonish faction had colonized their local star, which had resulted in their neighboring superpower to bug out with all their fleetpower stuck in orbit, not being able to invade. I went back through saves and found that this stalemate had probably been going on for atleast 80 years rougly. Im guessing that colonizing a Blue Giant with 80% quality must be a bug.

The mods I use:
Refreshed Flags
Subtle Notifications
Anex Realistic System Names

Game settings:
10x10 galaxy
2000 stars

Additional observation:
Through game editor I noticed that the star had been generated with ruins and 80% quality from the get go. All AI factions were set to spawn with Normal home systems.

This should be resolved in our current public betas. Have you tried the most recent version recently?
