I notice on the roadmap there is no mention of improving the AI, do the devs have any thoughts on this? The AI is really quite weak, and may even be bugged in the sense that AI empires seem to cripple their own economy over-building troops.

I SUSPECT, can't confirm, that the fuel consumption you see is not entirely accurate. What I mean is that if you have a big fleet that comes in for a refuel, your comsumption will go up quite a bit, but then once theyre full, the rate goes back down. Again, just a suspicion.

I know I'm repeating myself here a bit but, the more I play the more I think that the "hotbar" at the bottom of the screen should be clickable and allow for the giving of orders.

It almost certainly is not doing anything to actually boost the AI, or maybe the AI is just terrible either way. On Extreme/Chaos, I consistently feel like I have won the game by the time I get to Cruiser tech even when I give the AI more advanced starts than me. They don't expand well, seem to have ...

You know you can set hotkeys, right?

Select something, hit Ctrl 1 and you bind it to the 1 key.

I reloaded the autosave, I have 550k versus 200k defense, as the battle resolves a ton of my troops just disappear, and then the left over ones stay on the ground but become part of the other empire.. Im about to open the game editor and give myself this planet, what BS!!

I also am having this issue, but I also do not have a default design for a Resort base (even though I have the Entertainment tech). I cant remember how many compartments they need etc, so I have to open DW: Legends to see how they designed them there.
