1.0.3.1 seems to be incompatible with my saves. The State economy screen is broken and one colony have it's name changed to "Ancient slave colony" and gets an artifact without icon. Forgot to save before rollback and can't reproduce the Ancient Slave Colony one though.

Here is my save,some 2000k~3000k tourists choose to ignore all 10 Resort stations and all meet at the captial planet.

I have also encountered this, every tourist in my Empire go to the same destination no matter the distance.
I assume this breaks the whole Tourism concept since the passenger only pay when they arrive (as suggested by Galactopedia). But they spend most of the time on the road, sometimes even across ...

I encountered this issue too. And I don't really understand why IE must be enabled.
I have seen programs(read game launchers)run correctly, with IE embedded and disabled in control panel.
