Universe modding is flawed

1) Cannot place bonus ruins (i.e. Unity Forum) on Galaxy Map
2) Cannot add new special components for races (they seems to be hard-coded?)

Can/will it be fixed in future upgrades?

Appreciate great work on Universe though.

Special/Bonus ruins

Hi there. Maybe was asked before... Is there any way to place bonus ruins (i.e. Great Mercantile Exchange, Unity Forum, etc.) in Universe Editor? Searched heavily and couldn't find. And, if there is no possibility, why??
