Seems like when you start using excel etc to min max your stuff as much as possible, you are taking fun away from the game. Being human, you should be able to overcome the AI without having to do such things, plus it gives the game more flavor. At least thats my opinion.

Thinking about automating taxes because its boring. Do you guys design new ships every time you discover something, or wait for the suggestions to retrofit come in?
