Re: [RESOLVED] Scenario Crashing After Unpausing

It's certainly a strange issue to have run into, especially since I've never encountered the crashing anywhere else. That said, I've never been a big fan of integrated graphics in general, as it always seems to cause issues. I certainly wouldn't be surprised if it were to blame in this case.

Re: Scenario Crashing After Unpausing

Ok that's good to know. I have managed to find a couple of cases in the forums from a few years back where people have run into the same thing, but nothing too recent.

Re: Scenario Crashing After Unpausing

Ok I gotcha. That thread you posted has given me some stuff to tinker with. I'll try and install DX9 as well and see if that helps fix the issue. Seriously thank you for all the help with this so far!

Re: Scenario Crashing After Unpausing

Since I installed it through Steam, my assumption is that it would be installed with the game? If this isn't the case, would you be able to run me through what I need to do to get the correct version installed? I'm running DirectX 12 currently.

[RESOLVED] Scenario Crashing After Unpausing

***UDPATE***
I believe I've resolved the issue. Apparently Command was using my laptop's integrated graphics rather than the onboard GPU. For whatever reason this seemed to cause the software to crash. I've since told Command to use my GPU and haven't had any issues since. Thanks to all those who ...

This was a bad day for the USCG!  I was wondering why you put them in there, now I know - Targets![:D]

RE: Havana Daydreamin (2017) v1.5 -- testing now!

<t> As it turns out, I should have launched those F-22s earlier. Two Coast Guard Cutters now lie at the bottom of the ocean because I didn't launch earlier. They're now en-route and will hopefully send 3 SU-24s to their graves. As far as the F-15 message goes, I really don't care if you leave it in ...

RE: Havana Daydreamin (2017) v1.5 -- testing now!

<t> Smart idea with the F-22s. I'm holding mine in reserve for now. They'll probably end up being escorts for my Lancers. I've also had the same problem at Key West. Hopefully they'll be thinned out fairly soon. I also like how you only lose 10 points for losing friendly aircraft. Although it adds ...

I just got the sim not even two weeks ago but already love the fact the community creates scenarios and then shares them with everyone else. Looking forward to downloading this today and playing it!

Some help with the scenario editor

Hi all, I had a quick question regarding the scenario editor. How do you had weapons magazines to airfields? I didn't see a button for it and even after adding ammo dumps it still didn't work.
Thanks, #1BSUFan

Thanks for the warning. That's what happened with the Russian Sub. One minute he's not there, the next, he is.

RE: Loving this Sim

<t> I manually attacked the Russian Sub. On the message log it said there was a large explosion by the LCS Sioux City. So I decided to attack believing it was an Iranian Kilo Class Sub. I too have used Tomohawks, but they came from the U.S.S Texas. So I'm debating whether to launch from the Zumwalt ...

Loving this Sim

<t> I wanted to congratulate the devs on a job well done. I'm currently playing Operation Brass Drum and loving it(although I just sent the Russian sub to the bottom of the sea without being attacked by them). I also believe that scenario was created by Prixmach or something like that, so cheers to ...
