Yes, it is checked and the community pack is NOT loaded.

I know this fact because I have Strategic command on another machine and the community pack is installed and working.

I acquired a new computer and loaded Strategic Command via Stream but cannot get the community pack to install.

How do I get the community pack to install ?

War in the West and War in the East go unresponsive when I use the shortcut. The air portion of War in the West will not launch after setting the missions.

War in the West will not let me delete existing "saved" games.

Once I modify the air directive, the air directive section will not activate.

Also,,the movement tool bar does not appear.

Both functions worked properly the first time but have not worked since.
