The manual says a tutorial document is installed when the game is. But I do not see anything in the docs folder or any other game folder that resembles a tutorial guide. Any idea where I can find it?

All of the game files are still there. As we speak I'm in the game. The only thing that has been removed is the ability to launch and update from Steam itself.

Start up Command and leave it for a couple minutes at the main menu.
And then try starting the Campaign.

I cannot get NF3 to work, it says the DB file is missing. What can I do to fix this?

I'm running the desktop at 1366 by 768 and I cannot get the button labels or the map, or anything else to line up properly, it's making the game completely unplayable as I cannot click on anything. Any ideas on a fix?
