I cannot find in the manual what the blue number means for Supply Use? My guess is that the white number is the supply requested and the blue is the supply delivered? Which would mean that I have a supply problem, but this unit is in a location with "Main Supply ...

I'm running multiple monitors.

The game runs on my primary monitor.

If I move my mouse to the second monitor, the map starts scrolling and doesn't stop.

My Steam copy has updated to 1.07, but the serial number field is still blank, when going to register an account? (I did try deleting the .ini file too.)

Is there a different process that I'm meant to follow?
