The Meaning of the Blue Number for Supply Use?

Hey Everyone,

I cannot find in the manual what the blue number means for Supply Use? My guess is that the white number is the supply requested and the blue is the supply delivered? Which would mean that I have a supply problem, but this unit is in a location with "Main Supply", which from what I'm reading, means that supply resources are unlimited?

Would someone be able to enlighten me?
