do some Techs need a refit or do they apply instantly . Like better rangefinder (with % boni) or better ap shells?
Or even "Double bottom" with this effect "Gradual damage control improvement"

And is there a way to see the Armor quality in%?

has anyone used an AMC as MTB-Tender and can explain how it works? Means "invaded" that i have been invaded or i have invaded a possesion?

Must i build a fortification in the region with an AMC? Maybe the AMC spawms the MTBs?
