Could it be feasable to edit (single player) turn-savegames?<br/>
<br/>
E.g. to allow one to alter VPs during the game as part of a role-playing-thing. Or delete all SS-units in July '44 etc [:D]<br/>

Scenario data not saving...

<t> Hey, I'm just messing around with the editor, trying to see what I can do just for giggles. One thing I did is try to alter national morale, production modifiers, and some Soviet evacuation stuff, making sure to save those scenarios separately so they don't affect the core game. However, I ...

RE: When is WW3 coming?

A remake of classics 1948 World At War scenario would be nice.

Inexplicable Little Saturn Defeat

<t> I was rather surprised when playing the Little Saturn Campaign when my game handed me a defeat, telling me the Germans had broken the encirclement even though I had held them south of Tikhiy and Vodino. After some testing, it seems the game thinks the encirclement is broken if the Soviet player ...

RE: AAR Hermann (ger) v Kelblau (sov)

Don't get overconfident. Your goal here is to build up a guard force and secure defense lines that you'll have to use to bleed the Germans and gain time for the summer campaign of 1942. The Germans are still going to have the initiative then.

RE: Bobo knows

After that kind of dash, I'm dubious he has any fuel left to do much more moving. Maybe your forces can still fortify the Caucasus mountains?

A scenario AAR! How unusual. What prompted this?

RE: The Zhukov Memoirs - GC41-45 M60 vs smokindave redux

This AAR does make me wonder: how big of an army can Soviet industry support if we assume trucks are not an issue? Because I notice most people here don't push their Red Army very far beyond 9-10 mil if they can help it but here you had a Soviet armed forces with 12 mil+ at one point.

RE: Turn 77: 3 – 9 December 1942

Maybe if that opportunity had still been there in January, you would have been able to succeed in achieving an encirclement.

By what time do you think you'll be able to get Red Army 2.0 fully in gear? Mid-'43?

Some new info on when the next public beta will likely be released. Unfortunately the Matrix production staff is incredibly busy, and with the Essen game fair going on they are a man down. Don't expect anything this week, and it's very ...

RE: T67: 24-30 September 1942

<t> Ah, thanks. That is a big help. Checking the HQ windows show I am actually okay on supply intake. I was concerned because the figure on the divisions was showing only ~40% so I thought I was having the same problem you were despite the fact my Red Army is suffering less pressure. I knew my ...

RE: T67: 24-30 September 1942

<t> I appear to be suffering a similar problem to you in my current game against the AI (I mainly play this for fun and am too intimidated to go online): it is mid-1942 and I am successfully holding a line running Riga-Minsk-Zhitomir-Odessa (pretty predictable against the AI). But my troops only ...
