Oh man that's a great idea with the Stingers. I didn't even occur to me to try something like that and it left me scratching my head on how in the heck our these guys going to defend our units if they don't have enough time to come to a stop, grab their Stingers and fire away.

I was able to eek out a marginal victory as NATO on this mission but I had the Warsaw Pact's battle plan set to random so who knows which one I won against.

The other times I tried it I either ended up with a marginal or tactical losses.

I wonder why they made this change. It was convenient planning the mission route via the mission page but now it has to be done under ESCORTs or the ATO? Planning the route for the main package under ESCORTS seems strange to me.

I bought it with the expectation that I could watch replays through Tacview but unfortunately that feature ended up being exclusive to the pro version CMO. So unless you fly DCS I say it's not worth it or if you're curious wait until the next Steam sale.

I recently bought SE on Steam and while watching a DasTactic video on how to play I noticed he had tooltips for each planet he hovered his mouse pointer over. In my game I have no tooltips when I hover over a planet. Tooltips work fine elsewhere in the UI.
