I've created my own custom scenarios playing against the AI, NOT human opponents, made my own tanks-infantry-fighter planes-reconnaissance plans- transport planes-bombers-generals-units and ALSO created their factories so that replacements get produced. It's all do-able

Just a thought here, but how about varying levels of "modified OOBs". This could be possible if we have the ".csv" download feature enabled for ALL the data fields.
