Still seeing this issue persist in build 1307.4.

I'm still seeing this behavior in 1307.3. The lead aircraft in a strike with unguided weapons maintains the custom flight plan's speed/altitude settings, but the other members of the group all revert to the default loadout speed/altitude after passing the IP waypoint or starting their attack runs ...

So this inspired me to go back and replay this scenario, as this whole campaign remains my favorite paid DLC from the Command franchise, and I think this scenario in particular really showcased the importance of using/disrupting the whole "kill chain" of sensor-comms-targeting-weapon.
