How can the ports taken by the Yankees in the lower Mississippi, Charleston, and Cape Hatteras be taken back? I've moved infantry down the Mississippi - which couldn't attack the ports and reduced ports with Naval attack, but they remain in Union hands.

How can these ports be re-captured?

How do you keep partisans from damaging railroads and putting large areas of Japanese-occupied China out of supply. I tried keeping a line of divisions along the railroad to keep it open. What works? How do you keep the Japanese Army in supply in China?

Same problem - crashes when I try to load saved game. Did you just delete saves or is there some file location to find and delete - if so, where and what files?
