Is there a game tutorial out there? I don't see one in the game and no real newbie play through online. Seems like there is WAY too much to do and things to click without something being out there.

Game is on sale at your website for $19.99, but the link to Steam on the buy page is still at $39.99. How can we purchase it for the lower price, but have the game in Steam?

Is there no way to move upstairs in a building? Just starting the tutorials and I can't figure out how to move a unit to the next level in a building(assuming there is one of course). What am I missing? Also, is there a way to turn hex numbers on in the map?
