Upstairs, multiple levels?

Is there no way to move upstairs in a building? Just starting the tutorials and I can't figure out how to move a unit to the next level in a building(assuming there is one of course). What am I missing? Also, is there a way to turn hex numbers on in the map?

No, and No..

NO, single story buildings only.

No, hex numbers in the map which may came in a patch later on.
