Re: [1328.13] Flights not hitting 'Time on Target' at correct time

I suppose i should try it out on some different scenarios but in the other scenario i did test it on it wasn't only the planes that were affected, both subs and ships were hitting the target early by an even longer amount of time than the planes.

[1328.13] Flights not hitting 'Time on Target' at correct time

I'm currently doing a recap of Multi-Domain Strike Planner tutorial.
In tutorial 2 it asks you to set up 2 flights using task pools and packages and use the 'time on target' option to simultaneously hit the target at 13:00Z.

Every time i try it the B-52's hit it 8 mins early and the F-15's hit it 2 ...

Any tips for 'Bastogne' scenario as Axis?

Out of all the scenarios i've played this is the one that gives me the most trouble.
I still havn't had a victory playing as the Axis.
I know IRL they didn't have a chance but we play these games to change history right?
So my main tactics have been to try and capture the enemies supply points but i ...

Re: Shadow Empire crossed with DC Ardennes

omg you just described my dream game!
Moving from the SE planetary map scale to the DC Ardennes locality map scale whenever opposing forces have an engagement could be an improvement for SE.

I just think the map scale of DC Ardennes and the way its Divisions and Regiments are represented as units ...

What does the 'area' stat refer to?

Hi, I've been away from the game for a while so i've been re-learning the game but this 'area' stat from the subunit inspector has been bugging me.
None of my suggestions seem very likely to me so could someone explain it please.
thanks.

Re: Is fuel bug ever going to get fixed?

That's unfortunate, i think in future i will not install the latest beta until that fuel bug is fixed as it can really mess up those long panzer corps manoeuvres if you are not wanting to exploit the game.
Who knows? maybe one day someone will make a community patch to fix the last of those bugs!

Is fuel bug ever going to get fixed?

Does anyone know if the Devs will ever take one last look back at WITE to fix any of the remaining bigger bugs?
Am i right in thinking that the fuel bug was introduced in the latest beta patch so if i want to avoid it i will need to not install it in future?
What do yous guys do? install the beta ...

Re: How do i make my unit move the way i want,NOT the way the ai choses?

Thanks for the tip @nikdav, i tried what you suggested and i did indeed manage to get some infantry across the little river and behind the town (Clervaux) :)
Except it turned out that the enemy already had some unseen troops in that hex as well and i ended up getting ambushed by them hehehe.
Ah well ...

How do i make my unit move the way i want,NOT the way the ai choses?

Hi, my units have surrounded a village containing an enemy unit on three sides. I've started a new turn(Night) and i want to move some units round the other side of the village to cut off supply.
However every move i try to make the ai wants to move my unit(s) through the village instead of going ...

<r> I found this playlist on Youtube and there's about 30 vids in it. Were all bound to have seen some of them before but there might be one or two that you haven't watched yet.<br/>

RE: Some questions in regard to attack and defense stats

In answer to your question about the range 1 = 50%, i'm assuming it means when you use the unit in a ranged attack instead of a regular attack. Its the only explanation that makes sense to me but i might be wrong.

RE: Suggestion wish list

<t> I'd like the option to change the colour of each nations frontlines as they are sometimes hard to see depending on time of day and the terrain. I'm going to try and mod it myself in the meantime but having the choice of two or three colours and also different colours for each side would be great ...

RE: A question about 'recon'?

<t> Yeah I think your right, I guess that getting recon quickly without exposing our troops is wishful thinking. It's just that the tension I feel with this game is unreal and i really don't want to get my men killed by sending them into a position that I know must have enemy troops hiding in it but ...

A question about 'recon'?

Hi, I like the probe feature that we can use when we know there is already a unit in the hex but is there any way we can probe a hex before we move our unit into an empty looking hex?
