I cannot build rail on main island where SHQ is because of no land connection to SHQ.
But I can build rail on island were I have a port connection to from the SHQ port.
Bug ?

Transport contract is a shipping line between two ports. But for some reason they will only transport goods one way.
Wouldnt it make more sense if the ships would also transport goods back on the way back?
