Hi all...want to open my manual up in iBooks so I don't keep on shifting between Windows on the computer.
Is there a link to this in English (as per the German link). the pdf is too big to e-mail

Just bought this on digital download ...then saw a forum message with the hardback book. Looks really nice Is there any option to order this...or did I need to order it at the time.
