Do British air units still "occupy" the city/port that their located in, or only land units in 1.08?

In my example, air units survive too

But if France surrenders (no Vichy) they survive and though the Vichy territories are Axis controlled there are no defenders and they can be quickly mopped up.

My emails now working again

My email notifications of challenges accepted and opponents' turn over have stopped. Does anyone else have this problem or have I somehow turned off emails by fat finger?

I have checked to make sure emails aren't going straight to junk.

My father was in an MTB off Portland Bill when the E Boat sank the US troop carrier at Slapton Sands. Certainly seems fair to give the Germans some coastal forces too.
