The divided rail capacity is a big issue for the Soviets. What if on game setup the percentage could be specified like morale, supply, etc. instead of always being 10%?

I think it is a maximum air group issue because I disbanded a group and then could build one again so problem solved.

Isolated in blizzard against calvary corps and possibly mountain units it will be tough, even in forest.

Agreed. There is a good chance he will lose all the units that drove north to Leningrad unless he immediately starts evacuating on the first turn of blizzard.
