IN several scenarios, I am offered a reinforcements segment and reinforcement units appear on the tactical map, but I am unable to acquire them, either with "Quick Setup" or other keyboard combinations. What am I dong wrong?

I have just started with Tigers on the Hunt. Frequently, when reinforcements appear in the reinforcement stage, I am unable to activate them. What am I missing?[:)]
