Thanks for answers. So I think there is no alternative to double turns, because I tried with New Turn Order Rules on/off but it doesn't work. In my opinion playing in this way is not correct cause sometimes double turn give too much advantages (or disadvantages).

How can I avoid double turns for one player and play strictly with with turn alternation?

Where I can find the equipment file where I can find very recent weaponry (up to 2015, 2016 for ex)?
