Nevermind, I managed to be able to download it.

I keep having troubles with the FTP servers what's going on? I had trouble like this about two months ago trying to re-download a game and Matrix support on the forums were not very helpful.

I used Filiezilla and SmartFTP and couldn't get them to connect. I tried Internet Download Manager again and I get FTP server doesn't allow connections. Details: 421 IP Address Blocked as an error.

I disabled AVG and got it to start downloading again thanks very much for the suggestion.

I managed to get it to start downloading today with the Internet Download Manager, but I paused it and now it keeps saying IP Blocked. Why is my IP blocked.

I recently re-installed Windows and I wanted to re-download World in Flames and I went to the registered area and it won't let me download the installer zip file.
