FTP server.

I keep having troubles with the FTP servers what's going on? I had trouble like this about two months ago trying to re-download a game and Matrix support on the forums were not very helpful.

Nevermind, I managed to be able to download it.

there advice would be the same as mine then, try a different browser or use a FTP client like Filiezilla,

First, we recommend using a FTP client like Filiezilla ( https://filezilla-project.org/ - you will need the client, not the server version), SmartFTP (http://www.smartftp.com), CuteFTP or BulletproofFTP. These tend to give you the best transfer speeds, reliability and the ability to resume broken file transfers.

and make sure you have admin rights for the program and don't use a proxy etc

i'm uploading and downloading doing alpha's and beta each and every day, the FTP is fast and very stable and atm has no issues in any support or tech forum on either of the 3 forums or boards etc.
