Cant build any, is this intentional?
I lost a fort to surrender, I recaptured next turn but I cant build new artillery to replace the previous unit that surrendered away.

OK, so the message appeared in the box the next turn but the siege was lifted so did not get to test the card in action.

I can see that the enemy has played the card in the map but I cant see it in the message box or play my own cards in response, small bug or have I misunderstood something?
