I am pretty computer illiterate, I assume that file is the one that saves the user settings? Does this mean that I wont be able to use my second monitor? is there a specific line in the .ini file that I can edit if this happens again?

Upon further investigation I now cannot click the subunits tab in the dialog box without a crash.
